Yates directs creative technology at Workproduct, building the pipelines, tools, and teams that turn big swings into finished work. He shaped the CG behind Bungie’s Marathon reveal with Harmony Korine’s EDGLRD, cut game trailers with Anthony and Joe Russo’s AGBO, and supervised the CG on Netflix’s Love, Death & Robots.
Across nearly two decades he has created for Apple, Google, and Xbox, and now focuses on hybrid-AI workflows that fold generative tools into real production. A lifelong nerd and filmmaker, he obsesses over two things in equal measure: pixels that hold up to a pause button, and pipelines that let a team move fast without breaking things.

John is a creative director working where film, games, and real-time technology overlap. A decade of agency work for automotive brands like Toyota taught him to sweat the details; now he directs content that pairs the polish of cinema with the adaptability of game-engine production. His work runs from vehicle launches for Kia and Slate to CG-led brand films for Higround x 100 Thieves, episodic storytelling for Netflix’s Love, Death & Robots, and game work with Anthony and Joe Russo’s AGBO.
A film obsessive at heart, he brings big-screen instincts to every format, from game trailers to brand launches.

With more than two decades of executive production and studio leadership experience, Tobin helps lead partnerships at Workproduct, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to client relationships, production strategy, and team building. He has guided work across advertising, film, music videos, branded content, and automotive.
Known for being the connective tissue between creative, production, and operations, Tobin helps shape projects from early conversation through final delivery. His credits span brands and projects including Hyundai, Maserati, Electronic Arts, Xbox, Coldplay, and Columbia Pictures, blending strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of budgets, timelines, teams, and client trust.
