Intro

Sony Honda Mobility needed a way to make the AFEELA reservation journey feel more tangible inside its retail spaces. We designed and developed an interactive, real-time experience that allows customers to explore the vehicle, personalize key details, and see their selections come to life instantly.

Our goal was to help customers build a personal connection with the vehicle by giving them an environment they could customize and experience as their own.

From Build to showroom floor

We developed the Unreal Engine build and overall system architecture from the ground up, giving a premium polished look of their vehicle.

The Experience

Customers can explore AFEELA from multiple angles, personalize available options, and view the vehicle within immersive environments designed to make the experience feel immediate and personal. We also created a locally hosted web server that let sales teams control the experience from an iPad.

Result

A cohesive two-screen configurator powered by Unreal Engine and deployed across four retail locations. The final experience gave customers a more engaging way to explore AFEELA while providing sales teams with a simple and repeatable tool for in-store demonstrations.
