Overview

Rather than relying on traditional production for every vehicle, location, and condition, we created CG-driven automotive content that could scale across Toyota's marketing ecosystem. The work supported a wide range of vehicles, from sedans and SUVs to trucks and performance variants.

Concept

Capturing an entire vehicle lineup in real-world conditions is expensive, time-sensitive, and logistically complex. Our challenge was to create a production approach that could deliver realistic vehicle content across different locations, weather conditions, times of day, and model variations without requiring a full physical shoot for every scenario.

CG gave us the flexibility to create more content without being limited by production logistics. We could place different Toyota models in specific environments, adjust conditions, and build out variations that still felt grounded.

Using CG allowed the team to create a wider range of vehicle imagery with greater control over location, lighting, weather, camera movement, and trim variation. This made it possible to support multiple campaign needs while maintaining a consistent visual standard across the work.

Vehicle Rendering

Each vehicle needed to feel accurate, and physically believable. From paint reflections and wheel details to interior surfaces and road interaction, the rendering process focused on making every model feel production-ready and true to Toyota's brand.

Result

The final system gave Toyota a flexible CG production pipeline for creating realistic vehicle content across models, trims, locations, and campaign needs. It allowed the team to scale visual production while maintaining a polished, consistent automotive look.
